- Perform and conduct weekly security checks / inspections
- Perform bi-weekly cleaning - great for realtors showing properties
- Perform bi-weekly lawn services
- Perform bi-weekly inspections with up to date information or changes to property - Supplied with pictures
- Manage and maintain relationship with all real estate offices and representatives
All this for one time low initial fee and monthly fee
